Shipping & Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
We ship via UPS with tracking, using drop-off delivery without signature.

If you prefer UPS Extra with a required signature, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before selecting this option.
Regardless of your chosen shipping method, we will provide a tracking link so you can monitor your package online.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs:

• Handling fees are fixed.

• Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend grouping your items in a single order to save on shipping. Orders placed separately cannot be combined, and shipping fees will apply to each order individually.

Packaging

Special care is taken to protect fragile items:

• Boxes are ample in size.

• Items are well-protected during transit.
